I love Maryland's state parks! They are all different due to their location and Greenbrier is one of the more popular parks. There are hiking trails and a man made lake with a beach for the summer. The park is insanely popular during the summer and anyone planning a visit should arrive very early as they reach capacity quickly, especially on holidays.

Great park, nice lake, even in winter. Visitor's center was a nice place to defrost and use their clean restrooms. Lots of trails. Didn't get a chance to check out the camping spots but will this summer.

Good luck finding a place to sit during the summer hours, but its a great park with a beautiful lake, fishing, hiking trails, and more. Pay to enter.

Was extremely cold during our visit. Location has a great sandy beach on the lake, plenty of picnic tables and grills and nice open fields. Looks like a great location for large family outings. Bathrooms are closed in the winter though so portapotty's are you're only option.
