I ordered flowers for a funeral arrangement this week and wasn’t happy with the design. But I sent an email and immediately received a call from their designer who explained what he had in mind and that we just had a communication issue. He apologized and even offered to give me a refund. His gracious response made all the difference in the world. I changed my review to reflect this. Communication is the key to so many of life’s issues.

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Alexis on the phone. I wanted to order an arrangement for a funeral, and she was beyond helpful.  Her tone/manner was exactly what I needed given the situation. Not only was she professional, but she was exceptionally kind. What a genuine woman! Lately I've struggled with the "customer service experience," so it was wonderful to have Alexis make me feel comfortable and wholly taken care of. Thank you, Greens Florist, for making my day a little brighter. You will be a business I look to in the future.

The staff here is so polite and easy to work with. I'm from Northwest Arkansas but my significant other was in Nebraska south of Fremont on the lake for her birthday and though I wasn't 100% sure of the address they delivered a beautiful bouquet within hours of my initial call! Can't express how happy I am with the level of service and she absolutely loved the arrangement.
