Should have been an easy transaction tonight, however we left without finishing. We came in to buy out our lease and finance the remaining value of the vehicle as outlined in our lease contract. After running my credit (hard inquiry I was assuming for the contracted price) to get a payment plan, he tells me the sales price is $5000 over my payoff amount! When I questioned it, he lowered it to $3000 over the contract price. He explained its required “lifetime maintenance” and “extended warranty”. I asked to remove them, since we will not be in the area for lifetime and we haven’t had any vehicle issues thus far. He said it’s required for all of the “refinancing”. Unacceptable. Do not expect this dealership to be honest about pricing. I have to go to another dealership to buy my amazing Toyota vehicle! This dealership is Such a shame to the brand.

Found the car we wanted on line. Went into the office, looked at car and did a test drive. Was pleased and purchased the care. Very easy process. Karen Dennis was our initial contact, then dealt with Byron Tyson to finalized. Would recommend either one highly. Everyone we came into contact with was very pleasant and answered any questions we had.

Few days ago I bought a 2017 Toyota Camry ,it is my first experience with a dealership and I can say it was great. My salesman was Ed and he did an excellent job,since I wasn't decided if I want a pre-owned Nissan or a brand new Toyota. That was Wednesday and Ed took his time to do a test drive with me and had the patience to give me an appraisal, and find the best deal for me,even he wasn't sure I'll be back to purchase it. But my husband came back Thursday and we end up with a brand new Camry that I love it. All that I can say is that Ed did an awesome job. Thank you Greenville Toyota for your awesome team.

We had a great experience at Greenville Toyota. I was on the fence about what I wanted, but Garry was great. He laid out all the options and was very patience while I made my decision! My family has purchased two other cars from Greenville Toyota, and after this weekend, they've made a customer for life! Loving my new Corolla!

It was my first time purchasing a car and I bought a Toyota 4Runner from John Moore. He was absolutely amazing! He answered every question I had, worked with pricing and my budget, was very polite, and did not make you feel like you had to buy a car or pressure you in any way. John and other staff even stayed past hours to help with my purchase. Everyone I encountered there was very nice and helpful. I am so happy I had this experience as a first time car buyer. I honestly can not complain about anything! If you want a great experience purchasing a car go to Toyota Greenville and ask for John!
