Nicole was super helpful in getting me all setup. The process was very painless and she ended up saving me a lot of money on our insurance. As long as it stays affordable I see us staying as State Farm customers.

My husband & I changed our auto & home insurance to State Farm. Our insurance representative Nicole gave us wonderful information regarding insurance policies and how it worked that saved us $$$. Our other insurance company did not interact with us, and never had a rep sit down with us to explain our policies we had with them. Nicole gave us the information we needed to know. We are truly grateful that we switched to State Farm. Thank you Nicole!! Daryl & Sharon No Heart

I would like thank Steph for all the hard work she has done on my behalf after I hit a deer and totaled my Saturn Vue. She has gone above and beyond helping me work with the Big State Farm people in getting this settled. She has handled all the difficult staff I have came across while trying to work with them from the claims department. She has even asked if I would like to see if State Farm could finance my new car :) She is always very friendly and eager to help me in anyway she can. We live in Sioux Falls, SD and when we moved from Rapid City, SD we wanted to keep the same State Farm Agency so we never even thought of looking into moving our insurance to Sioux Falls, SD or with another agency. State Farm has always been good to my family and I and we will continue to be Loyal to State Farm.
