I bought my F-150 from them in 2010. They have always treated me like an old friend when I bring my truck in for service. They are top notch, and have great prices for their work. They NEVER try to talk a customer into anything the customer does not need. They rock

The collision department at Greiner Ford in Casper, WY is ABHORRENT! My daughter took her car in for repair on bumper damage. Estimate was done a week prior. Upon arrival, of a scheduled appointment at 9 a.m., they DID NOT have any paperwork ready. They stated to my daughter, they were under the impression all it needed was a hub cap, when clearly it had bumper damage. As per the estimate done! Parts were not ordered, as per Rick in Collision Department, until Tuesday. As per Rick, they do not rush ship any parts, due to them being broken in shipment? We are a week later & still DO NOT have her car! But we did receive a phone call at 10 a.m. this morning to advise us that we will MAYBE get the car on Monday. As per Rick, he does not have the staff or the man power to get our vehicle done this weekend.

Not only was I able to get my oil changed and tires rotated, but because they have internet, I was able to download an important program for my computer while I waited. I have always had great service at Greiner.
