If I could give these guys a 10 I would.  I called Gresham Locksmith for a home lock out. The person who answered the phone was polite and very professional.  He quoted the price and gave me the possible variables effecting the charges.  He told me 20 minutes for arrival.  21 minutes later the locksmith arrived; one minute late...oh gosh, to me that is incredible promptness, I was prepared to wait much longer. Two minutes later I'm in my house. 23 minutes from call to in.  I didn't get the techs name, but there is an initial "D" on the invoice.  Thanks, "D" and Gresham Locksmith.  I will recommend you and I will use you again. Thanks, Jim

Always happy when I need these guys! From getting an impossible key made or searched and ordered to getting weekend emergency service to fix the lock on the door someone drove through.... fun.

These masters of the craft are upstanding citizens with an outstanding business. Their technology and methods are current. I faced a situation where my key snapped in half inside the trunk of my vehicle. When I called, I spoke with an employee who was professional and refreshingly kind. I was quoted upfront with a fair price and given a price range for the worst case scenario (if lock were damaged in process). Upon arrival, the locksmith (Kalen) was very friendly and professional. His years of experience showed. He gave me some pointers I was unaware of and was not condescending at all. Not only was he able to replace my key at the location, he was able to make duplicate copies for a low cost. The total pricing was lower than estimated. If you pay with card, be ready for a small surcharge percentage (approx. 2.5%) - Kalen did forewarn me about the surcharge and wanted me to be sure I was aware of it. No shady business, just honest hard workers. My only recommendation is that they expand their business. People should experience this kind of satisfaction at every business they patronize. Thank you guys!
