Thank You for the excellent experience and quick response. We initially called another company and did not hear back from them on the agreed time.  We gave D & L Garage Doors a call and were able to get scheduled within 10 mins for the following day.  The next day , Guy showed up on time and was very professional and friendly.  Guy took the time to explain the situation and answered any questions we had about our torsion spring replacement and maintenance of our garage door.  Thank you once again Guy!  -Israel

I had my garage door and all the hardware completely replaced by this garage door company. They did great installation work and their pricing was competitive. When receiving my quote they gave all the necessary information to further research the price and quality of the materials. Of note, they also communicated well and cleaned up after they were finished. I would definitely recommend.

My name is Eugene Collins, I am the Maintenance Director at Care Center East. We hired Ritchie from D&L Locksmith and couldn't be happier. We immediately added him to be or vendor for all our issues related to doors and locks. He does amazing work, professional, extremely friendly which helps in our setting as an assisted living facility. We without a doubt will be using D & L and specifically asking for Ritchie. True professional and master of his craft.

They called earlier than their initial time frame.  Arrived when expected.  Professional and respectful.  They explained how the way they would diagnose the issue and again thoroughly explained the issues and what needed to be done (along with cost: nothing hidden).  He was quick and did a great job.

My tech was Richard or Richie and he showed up as promised, very quickly. My issue was that I had a padlock jammed on a wooden gate which was my only access to getting hay to my goats. He showed concern for their well-being as well as their safety since they were very curious and had noses right in the way of him cutting metal. We managed to draw them away from the gate long enough to get them out of harm's way.  

Richard was so courteous and showed concern for not only my goats being safe but also for not damaging my fence. He also was very personable and talked to my goats to put them at ease while doing the work which was a little agitating to them because of the unfamiliar noises. He also seemed to enjoy the interaction with them, couldn't really say enough good about him. He took customer service above and beyond.

In addition to the quality of service, folks on the phone were so courteous and friendly and wanting to provide the best service!

Thank you d&l for superior service!
