Both of my visits to this shop have been positive.  The guys at the desk are friendly and helpful.  Online scheduling of appointments is easy and convenient.  They recommended additional work but didn't use fear or manipulative sales tactics when I said I needed to only do the most urgent work, and save up for the rest.  The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that some of their pricing could be a little bit more competitive.

I was very happy with the price of the oil change, and the speed of service. The only thing that I really didn't care for was the issue that was found in my car. I get that the issue needes to be broke down before a complete root cause could be found, but a rough guess would have been since before spending well over $400.00 to not even find an issue. I would recommend just give a general idea. Other then that I was pleased.

Jimmy was courteous and professional. The diagnosis was clearly explained. The technicians had the repairs completed in a timely manner. I’d highly recommend Greulich’s for anyone’s auto repairs.

They were friendly right away. Told me it was going to be 2 hours to get my vehicle in and done for an oil change and tire rotation...it was done 45 minutes after that. Good people here, and they don't over charge for the service. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Mike and his professional staff worked diligently to ensure that my car worked great. All the work on my vehicle was done to specification which left me with no worries. The entire staff was courteous and went the extra mile to ensure that I was fully satisfied. Thank you guys.
