I had my luggage lost in st Louis. I traveled to paducah ky as my final stop and neither the bus driver nor the ticket counter will help me locate my bag. Never again will i travel with greyhound. This is by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life.

This is the by far the worse bus anyone can been nothing but a waste of my time and money I will personally will never tell anyone to ride a bus thur this company the workers in the station a rude and the driver are ever ruder and have no commune sense

My experience with Paducah Ky Greyhound station was a horror on 1-28-16 11:00 a.m simply because the receptionist was having a bad day for some reason or another for example when I initially entered the station she was on the phone obviously talking to her boyfriend/husband for 3 minutes or more while I patiently waited ect' after hanging up I handed her a printout with the cost of my ticket, as well as the travel time to and from each destination, anyhow she went from calling me a smart ass to the owner threatening me that he could make me come up missing, to the point where I had to call authorities and file a complaint on him for making terrorist threats, as well as contacting the better business bureau when I simply went in to do business in the first place, I believe it was racially motivated simply because there was a customer in front of me an older caucasian man that she treated very kindly in which I was happy to see for customer services purposes but unfortunately I was a victim of mistreatment and utter disrespect.
