I did not have any trouble after the employee explained I could get pricing better on line yet pay for it right there and physically pick up my ticket from her at that time. A local came in starting a disagreement with a couple which I sure if was something shady anyway. I have video but after police arrived and everyone seemed to calm down I turned it off. The building was clean. Do not hang out side building as this is not a safe location with drug activity etc.

You had better make sure all the rules before you get on because My Brother road a bus form. Fort pierce Fla to Orlando and they would not let him get back on bus because he got them off line. ? And they made him miss his bus . to Nashville ? Then we had to go and get him. Because they would not let him board the bus to Louisville. ???? And then he did not get any of his bags back off the bus. It is not right you paid for a bus ticket to go from Fla. To Louisville

Very clean compared to the other grayhound station i went to. It felt safe and secure and the customer service was excellent. Id defiantly use this grayhound service station again.

The staff takes pride in the cleanliness of the facility. They make every effort to keep their guests safe and not bothered by locals. Its almost as if its their house and you the houseguest. Thank you for your hospitality greyhound friends!

Chaotic. Asked for help with bag location. Noone would help. Rude desk clerk. Needs some training in public communication. No empathy for parents with little ones. Rediculous. Both in Nashville. Worse in Indianapolis
