I have been using L.K.L.P/T.A.C.K for 10 months now. At first they was doing great. Then after the first month they started slipping a little. As time went by they got worse. I have appointments that I have to go to, their is no if or and about it. If I missed, I went to jail. T.A.C.K has proven to people that they are not very dependable. I have had many many appointments where I was suppose to be their at a certain time and I would get their 45 minutes late and would have to wait for a hour four them to come pick me up. T.A.C.K has made me miss many Dr. Appointments becouse they was late or just didn't show up. I have 2 disc,C5 C6 that is sitting on my spinal cord. I go to Pain management once a month. If you miss then you have to wait 30 days. Today Jan 5 2017 I had to be their at 11:30am. I call T.A.C.K at 10:30am to see what time my pickup was and the lady told me it was at 11:07am. At 11:07am I called back and the lady told me that they was closed that no one was been picked up, except for the people who had to go to dialysis. I tried to explain to them that I couldn't go a full month with this kind of pain. A guy that lives on our street went to dialysis my appointment was right across the street from his. They used the excuse that the roads was slick. I called to see if I could reschedule for the next day and told them that TACK was closed, that I couldn't get their. They told me that if I didn't show up then not to come back because it shows that I don't need them. I got their by Taxi which cost me. I filmed the trip from home to my appointment. It shows where the road wasn't slick and that five T.A.C.K was out driving 55 to 60 mpr. On the roads. Video don't lie. It wouldn't hurt for me to ride in the same van that my neighbor was in. The people who runs TACK is not much of a business runner. T.A.C.K didn't even call me or anyone else to let us know what was going on. My advice to others, you need to try to find another way because TACK may not get you their. TACK doesn't care about anyone or their health. I heard a lot of people talk about TACK an how they operate. I thought it was just the people talking, but they was right about T.A.C.K. Please when scheduling a pickup with T.A.C.K please have a back up or you may not get their. By the way I did make it to my appointment, but it was1:00pm when I got their. TACK screwed up a lot of people. Making them call for a cab. This isn't how you run a business... Good luck people. GOD Bless. Steven Williams
