6000 N Term Dr Atlanta Arp 30296 The above address doesn't actually exist and it's my belief the below address is where the Airport bus station is. We however I will never know because the bus never showed up. 6000 N Terminal Parkway Atlanta Arpt, GA Customer service was no help and the manager actually told me she had to get off the phone and didn't have time for me to verify the information she had just provided and there was no mention of the bus being late or maybe not coming at all. To my knowledge The bus actually didn't show up . Worst overall customer experience to date and I wish I could rate Greyhound lower then one star. The Atlanta Airport Greyhound station isn't open in holidays or weekends and the customer service doesn't have any information pertaining to local stations. If you have to use Greayhound's bus service I would make sure the station you use is one of the Maine ones that's open 24/7 because you will have issues and questions and the Greyhounds customer service is not helpful👎👎

Place is dangerous after dark place is a Haven for crime I will not be back here again.

This location is under construction! Others and myself had trouble finding the ticket counter because it's unmarked. When you exit the airport, go to the right and enter through the first unmarked glass door, this is where the ticket counter is (see my picture). Polite staff, my bus wasn't in great condition, but leaving and arrival times were accurate.

Hours are 8 to 3. However, twice I went before 3 and office was CLOSED..no explanation.
