NEVER WILL USE THIS SERVICE. TERRIBLE. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Wish I had caught her name, however this driver didn't do any formalities other than yelling and treating the passengers like cattle. I was visiting this location because, after a missed flight my Mother desperately needed transportation back to south Texas. The bus driver was a black female, not very tall with braids and a very noticeable eye abnormality. Her eyes were spaced far apart and lazy eyed. Upon walking into the station she began screaming at the passengers, clearly unaware and untrained on professional etiquette or interpersonal skills. She treated the passengers in a disgusting manner, clearly ignorant to the knowledge that these passengers are people...consumers paying her salary. She never identified herself by name. She made crude, unprofessional, racist comments... telling the passengers those going to San Antonio, Brownsville...and Mexico to get in line 5. Emphasizing on Mexico, as many of the passengers were of Latin decent. Several passengers were lined up and she made elderly people lose their place in line... putting any passengers with children first. Some people were checking bags and were allowed to cut in front of those in line. She screamed at all in the station, even non passengers, not allowing families to give hugs goodbye to loved ones. I watched in horror, angry with myself for not speaking up. But, I did notice a couple of people recording her behavior with their phones. Hope it goes viral. This bus driver needs training and an attitude alignment. Terrible experience. NEVER WILL USE THIS SERVICE. TERRIBLE. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Shipped with Greyhound Express. As far as Greyhound stations go these people are considerate and respectful. They kept my Express packages safe while I was out of town and kept in touch with me via cell. David was great! Definitely will ship packages with them again!

Arrive early. Even if ticket is paid for I line. U still have too wait in line. I've taken the 7:30 a.m. bus to CC & it was crowded. Security does their best to remove the homeless from the station. Restrooms look descent but very smelly.

I'd feel horrible to say this but I went to Brownsville from Austin perfectly fine no presents crushed everything was fine. But on my way coming back my birthday presents were crushed and my bag was put at the bottom after I specifically told them it had to be on the top because I had delicates. But besides that it's a very good bus station and I would definitely recommend it to someone else but based on how leaniant they are about the whole bag situation.
