Clean depot! Close to main routes as you can see on photos. Clean restrooms. Vending machines, a bit overpriced so take your own snacks, beverages. Almost always have available seating for waiting passengers or departing passengers. Well lit!! Usually security walking around!!

Terrible service. I was on my way from San Marcus to Waco and I didn't have an opportunity to get a tag for my luggage because the station was closed when I left at 6:00. On my way to Waco we made a quick stop at the Austin station, where the staff proceeded to remove my luggage from the bus without my knowledge. Apparently if the bag didn't have a tag on it, it was to be removed from the bus. However I think it would've been a little helpful if THEY HAD MADE THE PASSENGERS AWARE OF THIS PRACTICE!!!, instead of just removing luggage that might still belong to someone on the bus. When I finally arrived in Waco I realized that my luggage wasn't on the bus, and I believed it to have been stolen. I called the station in Austin. The first person I spoke with was unhelpful and redirected me to a baggage claim service that wasn't even located in the state of Texas. I called them again and the second guy I talked to was rude and gave me a messed up attitude as if he was more inconvenienced than me. Finally after talking with this person for a few minutes it was found that my luggage was at the Austin station because they removed it. Mind you I didn't have a tag, but my name was on the bag. They ended up having to put my bag on the bus coming from Austin to Waco so that I could intercept it before my next bus arrived.

Relative to other GH stations its normal, but consider it along with what one expects from a reputable business and its crappy. My gf dropped me off at the station; she was afraid she was dropping at (what looked like) a homeless shelter or drug addict den. And that is exactly what it looks like.

What should I say? I wish i could give -5 stars, they don't even deserve 1 star. Yes, some people need Greyhound, but I hope you really don't. They will treat you like losers and you should be driving, not hoping to catch a bus. How can a bus coming from 3 hours away can be delayed for 4-5 hours? Does that even make sense to anyone? This is not a one time thing, it is an ongoing thing as told by the agent. 04.50am from Dallas arrived at 6.30am, and 6.35am to San Antonio was told to be delayed by 4 hours at 7.30am. So we decided to leave and asked for refund. The agent told us the "supervisor" was not there and she could not do anything and we should come back by 11 am! What a BS.. What a losers place. I hope I will never have to go there again.
