Now,  we have been sitting in the bus at 1500 San Jacinto in Austin and cannot get off the bus to get our luggage and go because there is another Megabus occupying the driveway and our non-Megabus cannot unload. We have been sitting here since 3:06 pm and it is now 3:26... 3:28... Our bus driver refuses to do anything to try and help get our bus into the driveway so we can get off. He says that the Megabus personnel know we are here waiting. 3:30... 3:32... This is the worst bus service...

This one star is actually very generous. The only reason why I don't give Megabus a negative rating is because Google Maps doesn't allow it. Megabus really deserves a negative 5 rating. If - and that's a big if - I ever have to take Megabus again in the future, this rating might change. We shall see...

First time rider, tried it out....LOVED IT !!  I know it was a cheap price, but I expected a lot of do-it-myself because of the low price....WRONG.  Very professional, very organized from check in, handling your bags, and moving out on time.  I took a trip to Dallas from Austin, and yes, sat back and enjoyed the ride.  Had all my plugins available for my phone, etc.  Came back from Dallas to Austin in 3 hours flat !! Awesome way to travel for such a really good price.  This is the way to travel.

I love riding the Megabus. It always super cheap and really convenient. I don't know if any other way to get from Dallas to San Antonio for $13. I can even charge my phone or there devices and it comes with WiFi. No side stops except for maybe a bathroom break or something but then why stop for the bathroom when the bus has a bathroom on it.

I experienced an 1 hour and 30 minutes delay from Houston to Austin today because we were supposed to change driver in Columbus, and the driver who was suppose to come came late. We just sat there in Columbus for more than an hour.

At the station: Place is nice and clean enough. Chose it over greyhound as there were so much more bad reviews for Austin Greyhound station though I did not encounter them myself. Board with a system. Haven't encountered anything bad like what other reviewers said. Staff is helpful and friendly.
On the bus: Clean. Cannot connect to wifi at all though my phone did found the network. Charging port available.
