Nobody ever here surring the hrs listed. Nore do they awnser the phone. Been trying to get my ticket for 3 days now.

That place is shame for in the heart of St Petersburg. It's a disaster! No running water; no working restrooms ( male and female) no ventilation, heat, or a/c
 Not even a fan in times of sweltering heat. The place smells like the uncleaned, unsanitary dungeon that it is, and it's been that way for over 4 years that I know of. That place needs to be condemned by local and federal authorities, and Greyhound must pay a punitive fine a reimburse customers for the gruesome, disrespectful treatment they have inflicted to customers for years of abuse, neglect and disrespect toward customers and the general public. This should not be allowed to happen, and continue to exist in America. It is a shame!

Inexpensive but a little bit of a pain in the behind for respectful and equal treatment for all races and ages of people. Seen a very bad action to an elderly white woman from a black bus driver yet the driver was very nice to all the ebony people who were riding.

This place is a dump the bathrooms don't work the water fountains don't work it smells stinky in there they had the front door and the back door open for fresh air I guess the air condition doesn't work either they really need to fix up the Greyhound bus stations they are hedis for customers to sit and wait and I have complained three times to be at that

Very nice people and very patient.  They answer any questions you may have.  You can buy tickets way in advance to prepare for your trip.
