I started living in park trace in February of 2016. First impressions are everything. Ms sherry, and Ms Evelyn are like mothers to me. They will make you laugh, and are very interesting to just have a chat with. I come into the office from time to time to visit them! I have a renovated 2b/2b apartment. I absolutely love it. It looks fresh and new. Maintenance is very prompt. I'll put in a work order and they'll come fix it the next day. everytime! I've seen only a cockroach maybe 3 times in my almost 2 years of living here. Very quiet, very safe neighborhood. This my 3rd apartment I've rented out, and have the usual problems with staff/ maintenance/ bugs/mold, but not here. I've enjoyed calling this place my home.

I've been living at Park Trace for about 3 months now, and I have absolutely nothing bad to say. The apartment is perfect, the grounds are immaculate, and the staff is friendly and welcoming! I have had one problem with the stove. I reported the problem at 1 pm on one day and they had it fixed before I got home the next day!

Super quiet, super safe community. Honestly, I can't recommend it enough!

I enjoy this community when I come to visit my daughter. The residents are quiet and keep to themselves. I am happy that she choice this place.

Lived there for about a year and I had really good experience. Very quiet and nice neighborhood, and the maintenance was amazing. Very fast and reliable. Staffs there especially Evelyn care about the residents there. I had to move because of my new job, but I definitely recommend this apartments complex to whoever look for apartments that are clean, quiet, well-maintained.

I have lived here for over a year now and I have nothing but positive things to say. These are great apartments in a great area. They are a little bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues.  Evelyn and Cherie are amazing, very good customer service and they make you want to stay in spite of the fact that the rent has increased. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
