Driver verbally attacked me, then made it clear that if I didn't apologize for mildly defending myself she would leave me at the bus stop. I didn't yell. I didn't swear. I just disagreed with her. Fortunately I was smart enough to swallow my pride before my whole day got ruined.

absolutely confusing. there's no building, and the one that is their is oy for ticket sales. meaning the bus dosent pick up there. 1245 castle dome drive is a myth. when i called customer service they told me to call. the greyhound where i was due to arrive. i had to do a scavenger hunt at 3 a.m to find the damn spot. it's all decked out in greyhound stuff lets see if it will stop here.

I've volunteered at inner-city homeless shelters that were cleaner and safer than this miserable depot. Oh, the bus never arrives or leaves on time, and the employees are super-rude.

THIS IS NOT A TERMINAL! It's a regular bus stop on the side of the street by target and jack in the box. We drove at least 20 minutes and called the greyhound calexico to ask what spot it's at since YUMA greyhound wouldn't answer their phone. Shitty shitty customer service
