if only I could give 0 stars.. After reserving my ticket on Sunday for Wednesday, I received a confirmation email stating I would have until midnight of Tuesday to pay and pick up my ticket. Around 6pm on Tuesday, I went to a near 7 Eleven to pick it up, while trying to purchase for it, my cash payment was declined so I called the number on the receipt. The first person told me I would've had to pay and pick up the ticket by 4pm on Tuesday. Which I apparently was informed of when I reserved my ticket. BUT the confirmation email stated differently. She kept on repeating herself, offering me to get a ticket now for 30% more than what I was supposed to pay at the check out when I reserved my ticket. I told her that all I want is the same ticket for the same price today so that I can take the bus tomorrow. She repeated that there was nothing she could do and suggested to transfer me to customer service, so I agreed. The person there told me I should've paid for my ticket on Sunday when I reserved it. After explaining him that I was told differently before and that the email was saying something completely different as well, he as well said there was nothing he could do. I was put on hold for over 30mins trying to receive the same ticket price as I had if there wouldn't have been a problem. I requested to talk to the supervisor. After another 20mins on hold, I was told my number would be taken down for the supervisor to call me back. But I insisted on waiting. The supervisor had little interest for customer service and told me she wasn't interested in her time being wasted with my situation. I again told her, that I received different information from various people and all I want is the ticket for the price I anticipated to pay in the first place. Again, nothing she could do for me either. I can't be the first and last person who has to go through this. I experienced many problems with Greyhound before which yesterday escalated and I had it. Thank you for no caring but apparently that's how you want to operate a business that depends on customers.

I give two stars, its have many delays. Take a long time on short rides.

If the station is open you can get hot food here. If closed only vending machines.

The most aweful company. The bus stops are dangerous and dirty, the majority of the bus drivers don t give a damn about anything, i know two situations in which they left young girls in the middle of nowhere just because they didn t want to wait one more minute. The company has monopol and they take advantage of it.
