The attitude of the front desk lady is good, but some of the local bus drivers should just quit and get a job where they aren't dealing with the public.

I notice on website last night if I purchased a flexible fare I got two check bags free. Better then paying $15 for 2 nd bag. GREAT! So I took picture of purchase just to make sure cause I know GH can be messy. Sure enough ticket agent tried charging me for 2nd bag! Can't he see what kind of ticket I purchased. He said I was supposed print it. OMG SERIOUSLY. I was going to do a charge back on my credit card if he made me pay for something I already paid for. He said no problem don't worry about it. But it's not his fault. It's GH and their messy  procedures. NO WHERE ONLINE DID IT STATE PRINT UR TICKET OR UR BAG ISNT FREE!!!!

I have ridden the bus many times n have experienced a number of problems with this bus line. My luggage was lost for four days one time. The last trip I took the driver kept getting lost and there were people one the bus using drugs!!!

FINALLY let me on without an i.d. hard to do, but call corporate, it is possible and does say so in their fine-print
