Worst bus system I've ever experienced, and I lived in Toledo, Ohio once! Never had as many late buses, poor system, "live update" will imply a delay (for which I have no interest in sitting in the cold) only to re-update the moment the bus is actually arriving on time! They run sparingly, especially on weekends, and not at all on Sunday. Colorado Springs you are not that small, pull up your britches and get with the program.

Consistently terrible. I've had a driver miss a critical stop and the next one was a quarter mile. He didn't even apologize. The buses are awful, filthy, and feel like they are going to fall apart. Drivers are generally mean and unhelpful and they don't ever stop people from breaking rules and being obnoxious. Best thing is that there is 15 min service in some areas now. Drop in the bucket!

need to quit hiring old ass people who cannot see or hear.. i dont know what his name is but he is an older white man with gray hair driving bus 22 at 6:00pm on march 21, 2018... every time i get him as my driver he never hears the stop signal and goes past my stop.. today i pulled the bell he missed it.. so i walked up front and asked him if i can get the next stop he says ok.. missed it again.. i said "you missed my stop" and he says oh i didnt hear you... i know he heard me that time because he acknowledged me but i guess in the matter of 7 seconds he forgot but excused himself by saying he did not hear.. i am 5 months pregnant and already hurts to walk.. because of this guy i missed not one but two stops and had to walk up a big hill that i didnt need to.. another time im waiting at the bus stop and he goes right pass me.. i guess someone on the bus yelled at him to stop because he stopped a half a block away and i had to run to catch up... why are you working at a job that requires you to see and hear if you cant even do that.. im so sick of this guy... did not even apoligize for HIS mistake.. im losing my patience

Last week I took the 15 bus (Fountain Blvd and Institute) to my destination (Target on Cheyenne Blvd). When I arrived I asked the driver where to board to return. He said right where I got off. Different driver for return, let me board, drove around the corner, told me I needed to catch the #11 bus, because he didn't go down Fountain Blvd. Dumb driver? #11 does not go down Fountain Blvd. I'm a senior in a wheelchair, have enough issues of my own. This was last Friday, February 9th around 3 p.m.

They say "you have to request to hold your transfer bus if your first bus is running late" and then drivers act annoyed when you ask them and sometimes they don't put in the request. Also, drivers will peer into the depths of your soul and drive right by as you try to flag them down. I buy a month pass every month and have been late to work several times because of late busses and careless drivers.
