Was told my bus wasn't here and was delayed 3 hours, asked 3 hours later and told it left on time. Absolute waste of $200 for two people! Worst staff I've ever had to deal with. Don't waste your money on this.

The buses were running extremely late, God help you if you are trying to get information on a bus that is running late, because no body else can or will. As far as the cleanliness of the establishment, it is very well keep and maintained. Just don't go in the restroom.

They lost our baggage. We saw them put it on the bus in New York. We arrive in Newark the little backpack is there and the suit case is gone. We were given the run around and numbers no one answers. The remarkable part is we watched as they loaded. Then he directed us to the side we did not see them load. We are not the first look it up.

It would be great if the bus drivers could be on time & dependable. Also, I almost got left out of the meeting point because the driver moved the bus & finally returned to the meeting place. 🤔

Lost my baggage, froze from Richmond VA to NC. I have always liked Greyhound bus company,yet they seemed to have lost the idea of customer service. Their employees speak to you as a second class citizens. This has been observed as well as happened to me I lost my jewelry when my baggage disappeared. Also my husband's cancer pain medicine was gone. The baggage had been search and it was apparently clear. They were so blaten about it other passengers had items falling from their baggage when we reached our destination from New York, NY to Newark NJ. It was pitiful. I filled out a claim with the company had to demand copies of items that they wanted to keep. I am not sure if I will ever receive compensation. I will try another form of transportation on my next trip. I am sorry for an American Icon.
