The station itself isn't that bad. Generally it's clean, has a few outlets for charging, and it's near the train that runs into Raleigh as well as some pubs if you need to kill some time while waiting. But the bathroom here smelled like piss and the staff was a mix of not happy to be there and itching to get out. Except for one woman on the staff who was all smiles walking around singing to herself while cleaning and pleasantly chatting with people waiting for their bus, she was cool. I was catching a megabus here and they didn't have anything posted about some of the megabuses only stopping at the street above the lot and not coming into the parking area. That may have changed, but almost caused me to miss my bus at the time.

Not the worst bus ride. Probably is the promised wifi is hit or miss. If you don't bring anything but wifi devices you could get bored really fast and you need to stay awake as to not miss your stop.

Worst travel experience of my life. I ended up getting good poison. The buses I rode on from Charlotte to ohio stunk so bad, but grey hpunddid give me a 50 dollar vochuer that I am still denying on using.
