I have been going to San Antonio in the Mega Bus.I have someone leave me or pick me up. Everybody does the same. I always take a snack in case I get hungry, or water bottle. I enjoy the ride. Never had any problems.

UNRELIABLE SERVICE! EXPECT TO BE LATE! I had a horrible experience from Katy to Austin today. We made a random stop in Columbus TX to switch driver, but the driver who was suppose to be there came 1 hour and 30 minutes late. We were supposed to arrive in Austin at 10:30, we ended up arriving close to midnight. There was also another time when the bus departed 40 minutes late due to break down of the luggage cabin door. I am a frequent rider of the Katy to Austin line because I am a student at UT and my family lives in Sugarland, and I can definitely say that the megabus service is incredibly not reliable. Expect to be 30 minutes late！

Megabus is the worst company on this planet. I rather walk to Dallas from Houston than take any form of transportation from this company. They are thieves and will treat you like trash as soon as they take money out of your account. Don't use them or trust them to do the right thing by their customers.
