Buses are late from time to time so be prepared to wait. Sometimes the customer service representatives do not have an estimated time frame of how long your wait is and may result in missing your connecting bus. I suggest being there over 30 minutes early to have a confirmed seat. Priority seating is sort of worth your time. I suggest greyhound as your next best option without a car or time restraint.

Plenty of parking. The customer service was fair. The place could use some cleaning. When i was their the traffic flow of people was almost non-existent, i was the only one there at 9am along with one greyhound employee.

Don't do it... I got a ticket at the kiosk and it glitches out switching my destination city with my arrival city.
When I went up the front counter they said their was nothing they could do and made me buy another one. This time they were with me to make sure the kiosk worked correctly. The kiosk messed up the destination again right in front of them. The head supervisor said he had to pull some strings but was able to get me on.... like I didn't just spend 80 dollars on a God damn ticket that should have only been $39.

Use megabus..... they're much classier and 10 times more comfortable for half the price.
