The lady that runs it that is there most of the time is Very Helpful Very pleasant if I could give her 5 stars I definitely would. On the other hand Greyhound SUCKS Lost my moms luggage gave me the run around for months about it she finally got 2 bags back Only because the lady that is at this location kept on it as did I but we weren't able to recover the other 2 bags.

They just added soda machines..used to couldn't get a cold drink, now you can..better have change though.

My elderly aunt was unable to locate her bag under the bus. There was no agent in attendance. I have called the station repeatedly for 3 days and no one will answer the phone. She is visiting her sister and has none of her belongings, including a medical device which controls her tremors. SOOOOO frustrating!

Customers Service were rude I had to go all the way to Greenville NC to exchange the date and time for my ticket because the manager Latasha says it was not able to be done. Rocky Mount greyhound bus station have a "New Refund & Exchange Policy" which states for the Non-Refundable Fare "Exchanges must take place prior to scheduled travel date" AND "A $20 exchange fee will apply" but still Latasha will not exchange the date and time for my bus ticket.
