Convenient bus station/actually as big or bigger then Philadelphia's Greyhound/bus station/near Mahoning County Jail and just about everything else in downtown Youngstown/local bus service also there/clean/vending machines/security guards were there in the afternoon when we pulled in

3 stars for the night security guard. Otherwise the place totally sucks. Make sure your phone is fully charged cuz there's no power outlets available AT ALL!

Why do you let random people hang out at this station just waiting for people to talk too!? Thank god for the security only way it made me feel safe. I been to 20 other Greyhound stations and only this one had no WiFI. Avoid this station at all costs unless you are from Youngstown and use to how their people act.

Terrible. I purchased a ticket at the station. I made sure to tell the rep I wanted a refundable ticket and no lone lay over. She said okay and gave me a ticket that was not refundable with a 10 hour lay over. I had to call customer service to get my ticket refunded I recently received my refund and this happened in November. Never again.
