Every time I come to this Grismer I am greeted with a smile. The prices are very decent and whoever did my oil change did an excellent job at a great price. If you want to wait on your vehicle, the waiting area is comfortable and has beverages and snacks for purchase.

Typical sexist car repair shop that over prices and tells you to fix things that aren't broken. I went in to have them look at my brakes as it was open later than my usual mechanics. My front brakes were brand new and they told me that all 4 rotors needed to be changed and that i HAD to change my brake pads as well. For 4 brake pads and 4 rotors they gave me a whopping $875 estimate!! The estimate also had notes saying i needed numerous other crap broken. I went to my usual dealer and told me i sure as hell didn't need to change my new brakes and just march my rotors and that when they looked over my car, none of other extra mentioned items on the estimate needed servicing. I paid $283 for the 4 rotors and brake pads and labor.

Just got serviced for fixing a leaking air. No fault on Sears Auto but they missed a small metal piece object. Fast and professional - I will likely return for future tire related issues.
