If I could, I would give this company ZERO stars. The break job I received was poorly done, and my breaks are still squeeking 7 months after the service. When doing a simple oil change they didn't install the oil filter correctly, and it caused oil to leak. It was obvious that they didn't screw on the filter flush, but when confronted about it, they blamed the product. Finally, they do not stand by their word. For 7+ months they had promised to help me resolve an error they processed at the point of sale on a zero-interest promotion. Only to find out that they had not resolved the issue at all, and failed to inform me that they could not resolve the mistake they made at the time of sale. After numerous attempts and much wasted time, I had to get the issue resolved on my own. The customer service promised by this company has fallen short one too many times, and I will never go to this shop again. Save yourself the time and money, and find a different shop to work with. You will be much better off in the end.

Dave and his techs have done a great job on my cars for years. They have come in much less expensive on products and services than most of the other chain tire centers - both local and national. They have helped me out in a pinch on more than a few occasions. I would highly recommend them.

I was visiting in OH and noticed my tires needed balancing. I just purchased my tires from another Goodyear location out of state less than 1000 miles ago. So I made an appt and explained the situation. When I arrived at the store with my paperwork, the manager was unwilling to honor the warranty I had purchased on the tires. He said he was an independent dealer and I would have to drive to another location that was an hour away. Apparently he was only interested in taking care of customers that will spend a lot of money there. This even though they would have been reimbursed by Goodyear for the services. Fortunately I was able to locate another Goodyear center about 10 minutes away in Kettering that was willing to honor the Goodyear warranty. Worst yet, I use to live in that area and had given them business before.

I just wanted to let you know that I recently visited the Goodyear Store in Centerville, Ohio and had a really awful customer assistance experience. I have gone to this store for years (4 cars service there). As well as our good friends who have gone there even longer! We have both spent LOTS of money on tires, services such as transmission flushes, repairs, if they could do it - we paid to do it there! Recently, they forced out a great advisor who made that store run. He was without a doubt the best advisor I’ve ever worked with on vehicles. If he suggested it, we found a way to pay for it. That simple. I decided to go back today despite the changes and was told that because I had a coupon on my phone and not printed out they was wouldn't honor it. They wanted me to pay $40 + disposal + tax on an oil change. RIDICULOUS. I can take it to the dealership for that cost! I have never had a problem getting coupons on my phone honored there. I've gone there for 5 years! I then called 3 other Goodyear stores and they told me they would honor it. Not sure if this is specific to Goodyear or them, but, I'm no longer going to be using this store for ANY services and will be switching to Firestone or Pep Boys. Also, our friends feel the same way. This store has lost two very loyal customers because they were too lazy, greedy, or uninformed to honor a $10 coupon. I realize, $10 isn't a lot but it's the principle. I'm a working mom and made time out of my schedule to bring my car into the store. I'm beyond annoyed and not sure how this shop will even stay in business with unhelpful personnel.
