Endless Phone Solicitations: I bought a service contract from the dealer who made money on that portion of the sale. My contact information was sold to multiple companies trying to sell me an extension. Now why am I posting on the dealer's website? Because they are the ONLY ones who can ensure others don't suffer as I have. Several calls a day for a year is unbelievable. BMW needs to resolve this with its vendors. Opting Out, No Call List, nothing else works. Be aware of what lies in your future if you buy the service contract or extended warranty!

My wife had a tire replaced on the 22nd of March. That same tire ended up with a screw in it and had to be replaced once again on the 3rd of April. The service department and BMW provided no assistance other than charging full price for a new tire. I understand if it had been a year or even a couple months, but it was less than 2 weeks ! I will never go to this dealership or purchase a BMW again !

What a great dealership, everyone was nice, knowledgeable and willing to spend time helping me through the process. I mainly dealt with Denise, who couldn't have done a better job, not real sales pushy, just very knowledgeable and worked with me to make sure I got the car that fit me the best. She took the time to go through all the options and packages and explain all the pros and cons of each. She was Fast with follow ups with both email and phone calls. I have bought many cars and do a lot of research and this is the first time I felt like a sales person knew more than i did and actually helped me in purchasing the car! I am sure you will be happy with all the staff there, but i would highly recommend asking for Denise! Update: FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I just went in for my first oil change and about 1 mile away i got a notice that i have low tire pressure. Went back and they found a screw in the tire. Though we didn't know for sure if it happened there or in the 1 mile drive the offered to replace the tire. Since they didn't have it in stock they offered me a free loaner car until it came in the next morning, however I was leaving that night to tow my boat to the lake. (yes my X5 does a fantastic job towing my 5k lbs boat/trailer.) So after talking to my Sales Rep Denise, She got them to go get the tire and they had it fixed and ready to go in 3 hours!!! They had multiple opportunities to fail in customer service but instead went above and beyond, I will never buy a care from anywhere else!
