Lived here and owned/rented since 1991 - the location just becomes better and better. The condo itself is quiet, well constructed and beautifully maintained. Love the fact that there's plenty of free parking. Love the trees and the wildlife. And, having a central laundry room means I can do 3 or 4 loads of laundry at the same time and have it all finished in the time it takes to do one load. The staff is friendly and super helpful. I'm very happy with the amenities, the location and the people.

Don’t move into this community it is where the idiot children of aristocracy of long long ago are housed. The place is outdated so much so that as I write this I have no toilet. It is a gloomy place that is silent, sad and geriatric. Yeah it’s cheap for the neighborhood but... The dryers don’t dry and the washers are disgusting and prone to giving off the odor of mildew. The elevators don’t have any air circulation so they can get pretty interesting smelling. oh, your bathroom was built in the 60’s and it doesn’t have a fan either
