I have not yet moved into the Henri but unless some crisis occurs there is no other apartment community that will equal in status as the folks with whom I have been dealing regarding my move into the Henri. My issues were many with an extended overseas trip long planned smack days before my apartment was due to be ready. All through this stressful time Kerri and her team have put up with my many emails and phone calls, as well as twice weekly visits, all with patience and graciousness. Kerri has spent tireless number of hours working with me on options, alternatives and frequent updates, calming my fears and stresses with her humorous, calm and patient demeanor. Loren also gets a shout out for her help. Alas, it did not work out as I desired regarding timing. Nevertheless, as I now plan my move to temporary storage, there is no doubt that when I return, Lord Willing, my choice of home will be at the Henri. Maybe the lights will even be left on to receive me....☺ Thank you Kerri and friends at Residents at Pike And Rose. Marian
