I went during my lunch break and it was packed. There was only one man working and he was fantastic. He was able to quickly get us out the door, have a good attitude, and kind.

I return my amazon package there which is small and free-return. And they charge $1 package fee! I have done amazon return several times and none of the ups store charge this fee! I even don't know what they need to pack! I ask them why they charge this fee, the lady was very unhappy and said every ups store has different rule. If you return amazon package, go Montgomery mall! The service there is much better than this place!

Very good customer service. Any time I need to send a package, I don't wait a long time for service. Everyone are nice and  courteous

Go to Fedex for your printing needs. This store is slow and expensive.

I have no idea what the hell just happened in here but the owner is a super nice man and the representative who helped me wasn't him but was a curt, rude and had poor customer service skills to say the least. Would I go back? Probably. If the owner helped me.
