When leaving the garage my card was eaten by the machine and the help desk didn't even bother to come out to recover my card. I was explaining the situation to her over intercom but she seemed irritable and just opened the gate and ignored me. Never again.
Worst parking garage of the DMV area. Shows 45 open spots yet the garage is full and you only find out after 20 mins stuck in traffic inside Whoever built this should sue their school because they didn't learn anything at all
This is a very tight structure with poor visibility. It's one way up, same way down, and every corner is blind. Some of the corners have mirrors, but not all. Corners that do have mirrors are frequently angled incorrectly-- they seem to have been an afterthought, since there were none when it first opened. If you do have to use this structure, enter via the East entrance. The cross traffic pattern there can be testing when it's crowded, especially for vehicles coming up from the West entrance. If you have a truck, absolutely avoid this lot. I drive a compact and find the turns difficult at times. On the up side, the first two hours are free and there are charging stations available for a few spots. But as of this review, you'll find those same features on ALL the Pike & Rose lots and structures.
Garage says 80 public spots available, all spots are beyond a gate reserved for residents. There is no spot to turn around before the gate, causing a huge and dangerous backup. Extremely scammy, avoid at all costs.
2 hr free parking, but it'll take you 1.5 hours to find a spot. Takes 15 min just to drive up. Longer if there's a fender bender, which happens often because of the terrible design and zero visibility turns. Avoid at all costs
Very tight, hard to maneuver up or down the garage. How that was an acceptable/approved design is beyond me
This place blows. Overly crowded on the weekend and the available outside includes lots for residents
Terrible. 20 mins to get out this lot. Very inefficient while they make money off you waiting!
Tight. Blind corners. Very poorly designed.
