Customer service vice is horrible!! Nice dresses, picked 10 or 11 to try on. But only tried a few, when one of the sales reps got rather rude. She ruined my whole experience and killed my desire to make a purchase. 

Never going back to that location!!

This place deserves 0 stars negative even.  I needed to change a bridesmaids dress up a size because I got pregnant between the time I bought the dress and now, the manager Maria at the time said it would be okay now I spoke with Denise the new manager and she told me I was a liar.  On the phone she used another employees name and was extremely rude to me. I went to the store and she was even worse she called me fat and said " you have no business shopping in the petite section even without being pregnant. How did u even fit the other dress?" I was appalled and disgusted by what she said. I told her that was rude and not a nice thing to say to a customer who's spending money. She told my boyfriend while I was in the dressing room that he needed to keep me calm before she "gets out of character" so not only did she insult me she threatened me. I previously wrote a complaint and it was ignored. Denise said " I saw it. It's none of my business." So never ever spending money in group USA or Camilla v whatever it's called

Manager was so rude , I had to email and speak to cooperate in order for the seamstress to fix the broken pieces the dress had. Very unprofessional.

I wish I could give ZERO STARS because of my experience in the store today. I walked in the store with my fiance looming for a special dress/gown for our special anniversary date that is coming up soon. No one greeted us, but we kept walking in of course because of all the beautiful dresses. As we look around I couldn't find the plus size section so I walked over to the counter where 3 employees were just standing an talking among themselves.. After standing there for a bit even after they noticed me walking and waiting there for their attention one turned an walked over an I asked where the plus size section was she replied just look for the signs on top over there an walked away from me. Now typically I'd think when someone walks into a store you should be welcomed, then when asking for help come with me to see what I'm looking for an this wasn't the end of the night this was early evening. After looking around we just left because they were rude. I take full offence of their nasty behavior. I will never shop here an make sure I've told my friends not to even stop in there. No wonder when you Google them it says typically 5 mins in the store cause you get no customer service...

Little sister bought a prom gown here. The staff was RUDE and so snobby. Let me tell you that dress looks and smells like it came from a THRIFT STORE. It had a rip AND A STAIN and they only took off $20. Also didnt actually have a tag other than the one they put on it. Gave my mom and sister and I dirty looks. Her prom dress was still almost $400. Yikes. We also drove over an hour one way to come to this mall to get her prom stuff. The gowns are beautiful but DON'T BOTHER a lot come from thrift stores and have flaws and are Still over 200 bucks. If you want a gown hit up Macy's, nordstorm, or actual thrift shops. Don't bother here. You get ripped off and treated like a sub-human.
