I had a bad experience today with a woman that her name is karla massoni , she was gonna help me to find an item in the back wich she never did, made me wait for about 30 min , she never came out to tell me that she stop to looking for the item so after 25 min the supervisor came out to tell me that the item was out of stock , tellin me Im sorry , I asked why she never came out to let me know that the item wasnt there, she made me feel stupid , so I asked the manager store the lady full name and the number store, her name is Karla massony and number store is #075 the manager store try to apologyze for the inconvenient offering me a discount the one I just said that is not about the money it was about her and the time that made me waste, listen guys this is not about the money, this is a tourist mall wich most of the people are tourist and dont speak english , I feel sorry for this beautiful store that keep hiring people like this young women

These guys define customer service! Bought a few things in early May 2017 from this store and was told that alteration services would be available in a few weeks. Took in a pair of jeans for alteration in a few weeks and they were unable to get the alteration exactly as I wanted. Loreta (hope I spelled the name right!) at the store alongwith every single employee I interacted with was awesome. They refunded the entire purchase price of the jean that was mis-altered. In addition, they let me pick a substitute pair at a discount, altered that item to my specification (exactly this time!) and even Fedexed it to me at my request!!

The best part about this entire experience was that they admitted their mistake, made it right and kept in touch through the entire process! I've had experiences lately with buying homes and cars where the sales people didn't care! And this Uniqlo store employee /manager went above and beyond for a pair of jeans!

I still have not received my order from the last week of December.

Called your online support several times, they gave various reason. Such as your order validation system is slow...

Just how slow is your order validation system to process an order?

Smaller than some other uniqlo stores I have visited, but they have packed a ton of items in here. Quality affordable clothing that looks great.
