Someone had cancelled my room but Oscar, the night clerk, more than made up for it using onsite perks! Oscar had such a friendly and customer focused attitude - a pleasant surprise! This place was a scaled down version of a Residence Inn - and significantly better than anticipated. Extra large room, with a separate living/dining and kitchenette set up, dresser plus two closet spaces, double sinks, extra large bathroom and shower too, with wood flooring instead of carpet! They even have complimentary coffee brewing - 24 hours a day and a computer in the lobby. I also like that the rooms are accessible only from inside the building and the front desk area (being renovated!) is staffed 24 hrs/day. A very homey feel and only 14 minutes from the airport!!

Document EVERYTHING with photos and notes. They were in the middle of a remodel, two doors down the remodel crew was hard at work hammering away and then gluing down carpet, the smell of the glue was enough to make you lightheaded, which was tough as we had to step around bed frames, mattresses and carpet remnants littering the hallway. The parking lot was the dumping ground for the remodel with piles of soggy mattresses, old room furniture, and other discards. Our room was clearly next in line for remodel and much in need, the box spring was stained, the floor was dirty (surprise tootsie roll under the bed!) and the towels were threadbare. The room smelled like it had been doused in some sort of lemon scented sanitizer. My husband and I took it all in stride thinking okay, that’s why the room was only $60. Fast forward a week, when reviewing my credit card statement, I see a charge for $170! I called thinking it was a simple billing error and was informed that I was being charged a cleaning fee for smoking in my room. I asked to speak with the manager who came on the line with the greeting, “Okay. Yeah?” He was condescending and utterly dismissive, informing me they had proof I smoked, photographic evidence of ASHES left in the window sill. He also said that they tried to charge my credit card $250 for the smoking fee, but that wouldn’t go through so they tried a lower amount of $100 which went through, so really, I should feel lucky it wasn’t the full fee. When I mentioned that state of the room and suggested it may have been the previous guest because I do NOT smoke he said, “yeah okay ma’am you need to talk to my head housekeeper” I asked if the housekeeper would have the authority to refund this charge and he said, “oh we’re not refunding anything”. Seeing that he had zero interest in assisting me or resolving the issue to his guest’s satisfaction I asked him to send me the photos that are justifying this charge, I have not received them or a call back from either manager or head housekeeper. I got the strong impression this might be a regular occurrence based on the manager’s and the fact that they were willing to take whatever amount they could get to run on my card. I would again suggest you note every issue with the room upon checking in, take photos, and take a video as you leave the room, and maybe alert you credit card company about the possibility of late charges from this location; or you know, just don’t stay there.

Very decent place for the price. Nice large rooms that look to be recently updated. Breakfast was great. Don't get a room the faces the street...very noisey. Everything is super clean and staff very friendly! Good choice!

I wasn't expecting much. I got this room with only two days notice, and the price was so thrifty. This was a friggin palace. The room was large, basically three rooms. It had a good sized TV, two queen beds, a mini fridge, small microwave, an ironing board, an iron, and a hair dryer. I spent a little time looking for a plug-in, when I realized that there was a nifty little unit with plug-ins and charge plugs built into the alarm clock. And the free breakfast was a real meal, not just cereal and toast. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay here again!

Great customer service. All are very nice here. Feeble breakfast though. Rooms seem to be well kept. Convenient laundry facility here too. Would stay here again.
