Room was nice! The hotel is a bit out of the way which during events at Toyota Center or Columbia Events Center, will make accommodations seem less crowded. Nice little chaise in my room. The TV was upgraded and big. WiFi was reasonable. Breakfast was okay. Usually a 3 item hot breakfast that changes daily. Within walking distance of other food options. They charged me over $5 for one energy drink though, absolutely ridiculous on that one, Hilton. Don't do that.

This Hampton Inn was the cleanest I've stayed at in quite some time. There rooms are also layed out better. Staff was very friendly.

Our house flooded over a month ago. We have a large family and 5 kids. Our stay at the Hampton was amazing. I don't know how to say thank you for everyone there making our stay so truly wonderful when we were already facing challenges. It felt as if every person working there became a personal friend. Every person who works there was genuinely interested in how we were doing, would check in with us, and see how we we're doing. James, Calvin, Jaylynn, Debbie, and everyone else. The workers responsible for breakfast would make food for my wife since she can't have gluten or dairy. We never asked, they found out and would make it every day and have it waiting. With 5 children staying with us, 14,13,10,3,1 we were worried about distrubing people. They accommodated us wonderfully. They put our room over the gym and went out of their way to tell us not to worry about our kids making reasonable noise. I could say a lot more. This hotel is clean, quiet, and every staff member is exceptional. A sincere thanks.

I wish I could go lower. My daughter plays travel softball and we travel about 18 weekends a year. We flew to WA State and the team stayed her. Most came in Thursday we came in Friday. The reservation was a team and then we update or room. We did we were coming in Friday. The did not update. When we got in they said we missed our room because they're showed we should be there Thursday. After a lot of round and round they were going to charge us for Thursday. I asked for the District Manager's name. The manager said there isn't one"we're a franchise". I guess they don't care about The Hilton Name. The team manager turd to explain they made a mistake. The manager said they don't make mistakes. Finally after hours they finally have is a refund. On Sundays hotels normally give late check out so they can clean up.. Not this hotel. I asked if I could pay a small fee to get a late check out. I full night's rate for an hour late. 14 families travel and we have been staying at Hilton properties the last few months.. Back to Marriott they treat customers right!!! UPDATE: I posted on Hampton Inn Facebook my dissatisfaction and they were very kind and gave me some Hilton Honor points and apologize.

Stay here each time we come to Kennewick to see our son, daughter in law & new grandbaby. All is great except no hot tub which we truly wished they had after a long day with a grandchild!! May have to find an equally nice place with hot tub. When we seen they did some work for 2 yr anniversary was hoping to see a hot tub installed 😓 still a great place and we recommend it for sure !!
