I spent the weekend here while I was on a business trip in the tri-cities and i was very satisfied with the quality of this little hotel. There must have been a renovation recently because my room and bathroom were absolutely spotless. I checked in late and still received great customer service from the front desk clerk, I highly recommend this hotel.

BED BUG INFESTED PLACE!!! Stayed with my family and we all woke up to bug bites everywhere. After we told them what was going on they insinuated that WE had brought the bugs with us. We are not the only review stating this place had bed bugs. Coincidental? I think not! They were giving us a hard time about giving us our money back, since we had paid in advance to stay for a week! They didn't want to give us our money back if we were leaving a review. Yes, they did give us our money back for the remainder of days we were supposed to stay there but not without a damn fuss! This is far from being a suite, they mentioned they did renovations but mattresses had stains and carpets were disgusting. I don't recommend this place at all!

My family stayed here from October 23rd and moved out November 22nd. When first booking our room we were told if we paid the full month there was no tax charged and that we were booked until the 23rd. When checking in there was all of a sudden a tax we had to pay and only booked until the 22nd. Not a problem. The first room we were in had bed bugs that they quickly took care of for us moving us to another room that had bed bugs in the microwave. We quietly stayed for the month taking care of the bugs in the second room losing a memory foam mattress pad, memory foam pillow and 3 other pillows with no compensation. Because they promptly took care of it we just took the loss. Then at checkout we were charged the tax plus an extra day that we weren't even there and then i found another 200 charge with no email or phone call as why. When i attempted to go discuss both charges i was given the run around and then screamed at and treated very violently. Now i have to go through a huge dispute process to get my money back and still no compensation for our loss or embarrassment from dealing with bed bugs. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!

Get what you pay for. Front desk check in guy was super helpful. Full kitchen was unexpected and pleasantly accepted!

In town for work. One of the better rates. It is an older building. We haven't had any problems.
