The place is clean with prices clearly marked. You're allowed to browse and try out the merchandise. The thing I like the most is that the staff aren't pushy. There's no pressure there. And considering how great some guitarists are, I dare say, there is no intimidation. The staff are knowledgeable and very kind and understanding . They don't come across as the types to roll their eyes when asking "simple" questions. I've bought products over the years from them and have never had a bad experience.

I went to this place for my SG repair. These guys do their best to help me save financially, with best quality. Employees are chill. For each visit, I got to learn something new about my instruments (personally). No hesitation needed to grab your favorite guitar and jam out with another fellow musician. This helped me a lot with being socially approachable.

Very pleasant staff, and very knowledgeable excellent service. Did not try to sell me something I did not need. I will definitely be back again, and will refer to all my friends.

My wife and I were shopping for a CHRISTmas gift for our son and Ben done a great job answering our questions we had and the manager Mike price matched with other retail stores making our shopping visit a one stop shop and on top he gave an additional military discount. Thanks guys
