As a beginner woodworker, I visited this store while visiting the city (I live in Florida). Was approached for questions by both Bill and Steve (different visits), and they both were able to help me make decisions on what first tools to buy. Easy, no pressure interactions. Good people! If I lived closer, I'd definitely look to them for classes.

Wonderful experience every time I come in. The are friendly and helpful. They'll even spend a good amount of time with you to ensure you understand what you are trying to do. A+++!

This is the place anyone wishing to work with wood can find the right answer. Even my wife loves this place. We made our own cabinets and cupboards and the staff relayed the best way to achieve our goal. They have plenty of tools and accessories and no question is a dumb question, just an unanswered question.

Staff is super knowledgeable. Lots of good classes every month.

The staff are extremely nice and highly knowledgeable about woodcraft. I am an amateur and the staff gave me hints and tips to starting out. It is a little on the expensive side but well worth the price if you are a hobbyist or a woodworker by trade.
