A musician's dream. Wall to wall guitars. Not to mention , they have a huge selection of other musical instruments and accessories. Took my good friend Alexis there to buy his younger brother a guitar. Great customer service .Great prices. Overall, a great fun experience.Yes ,my friend Alexis got his brother a beautiful Black Fender guitar, and a  case. The Guitar Center is located at The Greenery Mall @ 7736 N Kendall, so parking is not a problem. Oh! Before I forget , they have a 45 days return policy , as long as it's in the original condition from the day of the purchase. So stop by an check it out. You won't regret it.

I almost bought a ukulele on amazon, but was too impatient to way 3 days for it to arrive. I decided to check out guitar center and could be happier with my experience. I spent $30 less on a quality ukulele than i would have spent on amazon and i had an experienced ukulele/guitar player, Rey, help me choose the best ukulele for my budget. Rey also took the time to teach me a few finger stretches and try out ukuleles to make sure they stay tuned.  I will return to guitar center if i need any instruments or accessories.

Last time I went to buy drumsticks and drum heads there was no one, and I mean NO One, at the drum section.  So I just helped myself behind the counter and picked out my sticks and heads then had to go find someone to ring me up.  The kid was totally confused by me asking him to charge me for what I had selected.  His answer?  Uhhh... let me get someone to ring that up for you... unbelievable as I have always had great service here... don't know what has changed but looking into buying my stuff online and having it delivered in the future....shame really as I like going to the store and making a trip out of it... get your act together GC.

Lots of great products and amazing customer service but they don’t have enough people working there the wait makes you feel like you are in a food stamp line.

Staff was quite helpful. They have got lots choices for guitarists and keyboards. Sound and recording equipment. Great store!
