The people here are so rude and not helpful. They told us the maximum of days to receive our product would be 7 days then that turned into 3 1/2 weeks. They didn't apologize to us. The product was not cheap either. They don't tell you about fees. Do they even care about getting business? If they do they should acf friendly and helpful. I don't recommend this store

We are a general contractor and utilize the Kohler Signature store for our customers. The staff is always knowledgeable and very in sync with our customers needs. The product line is great to work with and our customers love it!

Sometimes I wonder if only angry people review things. I run a Design/Build firm and my clients use this store regularly. I've heard exclusively positive things but I won't speak for them. I can say that we receive excellent service from this store. From plumbing fixtures, cabinets and accessories to lights, tile and all sorts of other things, this is really a valuable resource in the quest for ideas. I understand possibly being intimidated slightly upon first entering the store, it does have an almost over-the-top fanciness to it, but it is simply a showcase of ideas thoughtfully displayed. The staff is knowledgeable and adept at design and function. Oh, and with all the competition out there, you end up paying what you would anywhere else​. In this store you just get to see it before you decide!

We have consistently had good service as we remodeled a bathroom and the prices are competitive. The delivery service has also been prompt and friendly.Good service and prices. I was hesitant to try the Koehler store with the poor review but I have had a great experience.

Can't get through on the phone, 4 in person visits it was clear they didn't have time to help us and their voice mail system is a maze with nowhere to leave a message. They kept hounding me for my designer's name with little care to answering my questions or following through. No WAY! You've lost my business and I just completed a $20,000 bathroom with two more and a kitchen to go. I'm taking my business to Ferguson's and online. Too bad. You really should be at the International Market Square in Minneapolis, it is VERY clear you only want to deal with designers.
