Great Customer service, sent my son in Law there with an emergency and they helped him immediately though he had never been there. My wife and I both have used them for 4 years now... I had to change from my old dentist I had used for years, due to insurance changes, Glad I found them!!! ...I highly recommend them!!!

This place has horrible customer !!!, my son was involved in an accident at school. I called frantic and the receptionist told me to bring him, we arrive, only for no one to be there. I called the emergency line left a message and no one returned my phone call. Obviously we went elsewhere but I'm upset at the lack of compassion and empathy from the staff. I called this morning to inquire on why I was advised to come to a closed office and why I did not receive a return phone call. Their response was " well we've always closed early on Wednesdays", no apology, no how's your son, NOTHING!! Then they lied and said they called me and left a voicemail!!! Until this moment I had no issues with this practice but after this experience I am done!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Dr. Lundy and his dental assistants are wonderful! They have taken care of my children and myself for 10 years. They make sure we are comfortable and at ease. I cant imagine having to use anyone else!

I was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. I went in to get a tooth fixed that had been giving me pain and they told me that they would most likely have to give me a root canal. However, they didn't want to do anything that day and made me schedule an "exam" day for 3 months later.....three months of pain just to have it "looked at". After waiting these three agonizing months I came back to get an X-ray and for the money hungry dentist to tell me they would definitely have to do a root canal AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH FOR THE PROCEDURE. So as of now I had wasted two days of my life and had yet to get anything done. I said "forget this", and never went back. I called a new dentist office this Monday and they were able to bring me in the next day nice and early. They looked at my tooth and within 30 SECONDS said they could fix it in 15 minutes and laughed at how these incompetent "Dentists" had no idea what they were doing or were just wanting more money from me. However, I do thank gulf coast family dentistry for showing me how a dentist office should not be run.
