Very unprofessional. I get a bill okay no problem. I stop by to pay it but no one is around. I waited for a couple of minutes all the while hearing talking and laughing in the back. I asked for help but was completely ignored. So I left. The following month I get the same bill and this time instead of wasting time visiting the office, I decided to call with a credit card. I told the receptionist my intent and she informs me "oh, we don't take payments on Friday". For Pete's sake, really? Now today, I get a final notice bill. Lol, these people are so unprofessional. I guess I'll call to make an appointment to pay my bill. The whole staff seems cavalier about anything.

I hadn't gone to the dentist since I was a kid and was pretty nervous but Annie was my dental hygienist and she is so nice and upbeat- I totally felt at ease and I enjoyed going! I've been back since and she is still awesome. I love that they are open early so I can go for an appointment before my 8-5 job, it's so much more convenient than having to ask for time off for a simple cleaning. Only saw Dr. Covan very briefly when he took a quick look at my xrays my first visit, but the staff is great!

I was seen by Dr. Covan and his hygienist today, and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and genuine feeling of caring, compassion, and the level of professionalism that I encountered. I am not an easy patient and I am the first to admit that I am scared silly when faced with having to visit a dentist office. I will most definitely be returning to Dr. Covan's practice in the future, as I have found the ONLY dentist that I have ever felt comfortable with. Thank you all for making a believer out of me. There really are great people that love their jobs, and this is a shining example!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Reception made an app. for me for 12:30. I show up at that time and the office is locked for lunch until 1. I call and through the door I see the receptionist get up off the floor from behind the desk with a pillow, where she had been sleeping, and switch off the phone!! I was rudely yelled at by another women through the door to come back at 1. WTF. They were the ones who told me to be there at 12:30! Left and using another Dentist!!!
