The doctor was great! We had been searching for a new doctor for months. All was well until we tried to get a sleep study done. The Lady who answers the phone was nothing but rude to me and my fiance every single time we called. We filled out the form so she could speak with me and gave me trouble every time I called. They continued to send the request to people outside of our network, even though I called our insurance and provided them the contact info to the facility Blue Cross covers. She was very impatient with my fiance's speech impediment, and made him feel to uncomfortable to call. We fought to get this sleep study taken care of for over a month, with very little help from her, and nothing but rudeness. We will be switching offices, as it is ashamed that someone in the medical field would make someone with a speech impediment feel so uncomfortable he refuses to call anymore.
