Story

My wife Vickie and I bought my parents business in September 1990 when my parents retired after having the business for 23 years.In May 1994 we bought our present location on Eva Road Just off of Al. Highway 157. In 1996 we became the first NAPA Auto Care Center in Cullman and have been in the program since.The thing that I like most about the Napa Auto Care program is that is allows us to give our customer the Peace Of Mind Nation Wide Warranty for 24 months or 24,000 miles on qualifying repairs.

Terry and his crew were absolute life-savers.  We were traveling down through town when our alternator went out.  He made time for us even though he had a full shop, and did the repair for us that same day, working through lunch with his crew.  He did excellent work, was honest about the repairs needed, and charges good rates.  We cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was.  I would HIGHLY recommend Guthrie's to anyone.  Thanks Terry and crew!

This place is AWESOME. I appreciate everything Terry did for me and my truck when it died on a Friday afternoon at closing time. My wife and I were 4 hours from Home and stranded. Terry waited for us to get a tow from Snead,AL to his shop. He got right to it Monday morning and actually found the problem was other than what I had thought so the repair was gonna be less than first quoted.  I greatly appreciate the honesty and quickness. Everything about this place is AWESOME.

My positive terminal battery cable broke on a road trip with my service dog while driving through Cullman.  Had my car towed to Guthrie's right before they closed for the day. Terry stayed late to work on it and because of my military service he was nice enough to charge me only the cost of the part, no labor. Best experience ever at any auto repair shop
