Wonderful steakhouse inside Ballys casino. Only opened Thursday-Saturday, a great place to dine when here for a visit. Our servers were Mario and Luigi and we were impressed with their service. The food was incredible and plentiful. Recommendations were on point from Luigi and we were very pleased with our selections. Although we made reservations, as recommended, it was not busy for early dining.
Very pleasant staff: the food- the reason we came, not so pleasant. Ordered wings and a Caesar as a starter. When you bit into them it was almost like mush. The lettuce not the best that’s for sure. Definitely not worth the price at all. Cajun chicken Alfredo : Ehh sauce has good flavor The chicken is definitely not blackened. Absolutely no flavor chicken is dry I’m a foodie and have dined in many different restaurants The need a new chef is what they need. I will never dine here again. As a steak eater I’m glad I didn’t order any steak or I would’ve been very disappointed. Oh and let’s not forget the dinner rolls Stale
Excellent food!! OMG The pretzel rolls woth honey mustard butter were outrageous. My filet mignon cooked to perfection. The wine pour was generous. Don't get the keylime pie...nothing exceptional. Try one of the other desserts. Tip: hit the bar/happy hour before you sit for dinner, and get your half off glasses of wine to take to your table.
Extreme lack of professionalism. It's a pleasant place but ..., My wife ordered a medium rare Filet Mignon, the steak was done as medium well, so far no problem, it may happened. We showed it to the waiter and he immediately offered a new steak. After few minuts a manager appeared with the same steak, cut in the middle and declared that it is medium rare, also he said that if we insiste, he would make us a new one. We were shocked by the idea that the steak was re-cut in the kitchen and brought back to our table, It was an unpleasant and unprofessional act that ruined our meal. The waiter who was shocked like us tried to compensate us with a cheesecake, nice but, it was dry and not fresh cake. Everything else is no longer interesting. Big disappointment.
Overall the food was very good. The drinks are also very good. I wanna give it 5 star total but was in Atlantic City just for a visit didn't know I had to make reservations. Luckily there was sitting at the bar otherwise I would not have been able to eat since it was already reserved for the entire nightFood: 4/5
The food was wonderful. Although the shrimp on the steak was a bit over cooked but the flavour itself was fantastic. Overall the entire food we had was amazing.
We dropped in late in the evening having no other options to dine anywhere else, half of the places were closed because of COVID, and other places were all booked. We weren’t disappointed. Good place and approximately cheap for AC. They don’t have a big menu, but you definitely can find something for your taste. Plus, they have some things in a hidden menu. Highly recommend cream of mushroom, also tuna tartar tacos, this one is going to be good, if you like sushi. Overall nice service, good food, kinda cheap and oh, it has panoramic windows with an amazing view. My only suggestion for the place is to add some desserts, it was only brownie or ice cream, not a big choice.
My experience was awesome. The staff was great and the food was awesome. We tried guys signature wings, the crab stuff mushrooms, the 16oz riveted and shrimp, and the strawberry fool for dessert. Solid dishes and well worth it. Take my advice the wings are probably the best Buffalo wings you've ever had and that dessert is enough for two but delicious enough to remember
Was in Atlantic City for a couple days and visited Guy Fieri’s Chophouse for dinner. We had a reservation and when we arrived we were welcomed very nicely. They brought us right away to the table. Staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. Food and drinks were delicious. If I would be living in the area I would eat here all the time. Highly recommend.
My wife and I were really looking forward to celebrating our anniversary here. We had to sit in the lounge area because we were unaware according to the hostess you had to have a reservation. Did notice there were a lot of empty tables. Took quite awhile to have our order taken and after waiting for 45-minutes and all other tables around us and customers at the bar who came in after us and were getting ready to leave after being served promptly we were advised that they were out of the prime rib my wife ordered. It was at least another 20 minutes before our food arrived and we were very disappointed. We had started with a salad first and the lettuce was soft and wilted The porterhouse was supposed to have a dry seasoning rub on it but it was very bland and needed a lot of salt and pepper. The mashed potatoes were bland. For the amount of money they charged we had expected a much higher quality meal and much better service. We had went to another steakhouse in another casino the night before far exceeded our experience here. We will never come back.
