I heard so much about Morton’s and I decided to take my husband out for his birthday. This was our 1st time. Reservations was easy and the ambiance was great. The waiter was extremely friendly and service was fast. The salad was delicious and so was my husband’s steak entree. I ordered the salmon entree and the salmon was dried out with no taste whatsoever. The only part of the dish I enjoyed was the cauliflower. The waiter brought out a lemon dressing which didn’t do anything to livened the dish. Totally disappointed and I actually left and had to order a meal at the hotel. What a waste of money and left disappointed. Came based on reviews and left hungry. The sad part was no attempt was made to replace the salmon dish and clearly I didn’t eat any of it. They could have asked me to get another dish any of the other restaurants would have attempted to make the dining experience memorable.
I had a wonderful birthday dinner here. The service was awesome. The food was amazing. I had twin lobster tails and asparagus. I also enjoyed the complimentary birthday dessert. They even took a picture of me and put it inside a picture holder with a special hand-written message to wish me a Happy Birthday. That was the highlight of my night!
Great Dining Experience! I reserved our table online and requested a booth for our Anniversary dinner. We were not disappointed, the booth was comfy and spacious. Several of their staff greeted us Happy Anniversary. Then the lady at the front desk went to our table and asked if we wanted a photo souvenir. After several minutes, she came back with a printed copy of our picture. Our menus have Happy Anniversary from Morton’s The Steakhouse at the header- Small details/gesture but it was very heart-warming, something that we have never experienced before and we have been to several steakhouses. The food was outstanding! My husband ordered a Filet Mignon 12oz steak with Smoked Gouda and Bacon Au Gratin Potatoes as the side. I ordered Filet Mignon & Lobster Tail with Jumbo Grilled Asparagus. The steaks were cooked to perfection! They were so delicious we couldn’t get it out of our head, we were still talking about it the day after! The service was impeccable, our server Joshua was very professional. They also gave us an Anniversary present aside from the photo, the dessert was on them- Vanilla ice cream and Chocolate Lava cake Delicious!!!! We may have spent more than we wanted to for an Anniversary dinner especially after having already spent a few hours at the casino and were not very lucky but it was all worth it! We left the steakhouse very happy and full!
Morton has always been one of my favorite restaurants. Always top tier. Love the seafood tower. So fresh, so good. Oh, the steak is not bad either. Lol. Love everything.
We had steak CAJUN and New York Stripe. Both are amazingly delicious. Chocolate cake is a wonderful ending as a dessert. Service is great.
We dined here on Christmas Day for my Dad's birthday and it was a great experience, but nothing extraordinary. The server was super nice and helped us pick from the menu. The lobster bisque was decent, but the Wagyu meatballs and steak bacon were excellent. For the main course, the Cajun Ribeye was average, and the same goes for the New York Strip. The Tomahawk was pretty good. I think the star of the show was the creme brulee as it was super good. Great restaurant, but wouldn't come back unless it's for a special occasion.
Called last minute in hopes of getting a reservation for a special bday/anniversary dinner. I was greeted by Shontell and I can honestly say I do not recall the last time that someone was so friendly and helpful and professional over the phone. She was so excited for me and my partners special night! She went above and beyond and once we got to Morton’s she made a point to greet us and take our pictures and chat! So friendly and professional! We even had our own special “happy b-day Chris” menus!! Out waitress Megan was absolutely phenomenal as well! She chat with us and was extremely friendly and professional! She knew the menu and I could tell she new her job and is very good at it! I hope Morton’s takes care of these amazing employees because in this day and age they are extremely rare! I would come back just to see them, that’s how great they treated us! Now the food! I got the tomahawk rib eye and partner got filet! Absolutely phenomenal and one of best meals/nights I’ve had! Thanks so much Morton’s and Shontell and Megan for an evening we’ll always remember!!
Didn't take photo of husband's steak but he loved it and the loaded bake potato. I had the lobster bisque and crab cake. Loved it. Shrimps were divine.
Very nice place. From our reservation the way the service went is you order in advance and most of our appetizers were already on the table. The wait staff was very professional taking everyones orders, getting food to the table. We never once had to "flag" down someone to refill a drink or water. My water glass was never half empty. And as soon as someone was done with a dish the staff was quick to remove it. The food was amazing. I ordered the 16oz ribeye medium rare. With it came bowls of Mac an cheese, with bacon, and creamy mashed potatoes for the table It was cooked to perfection. With the outside seared to perfection. The Mac an cheese were just right, and the mashed potatoes were super creamy. For desert a very rich chocolate mouse. It is alot of money to eat here and with that the only down side was its very LOUD. We had to shout to hear or be heard. And we were in a "private" room. Not very private because there was 3 other tables with parties of about 12 or more. With as much money as we spent I would have liked it a bit quieter. Either separate the parties or put in better wood baffling or a noise canceling system? Overall it was an awesome place to eat.
Had reservations for 7 on a Saturday evening to celebrate a good friends birthday. The dining room was in full swing and people were out enjoying themselves. We spent sometime at the bar before we seating enjoying some champagne. Once, we were seated it was on and poppin, my party was very hungry so it was like we order two of everything on the menu from appetizers to entrees to dessert. The food was good and the service was excellent. My entire group enjoyed the entire experience, in fact we closed down the restaurant meaning we were the last ones to leave. Bring your wallet because it's a little bit on the pricey side $$$$ and we don't ball-out on budget so go with plenty mula. My only dissappointment is that I wish the restaurant was in better location with an ocean view, but instead it's on the first floor tucked away in a corner. And I wish they had more vegan choices. Highly recommend giving this place try.
