Just as important as the facility, staff and instructors are the members.  The members of this facility are second to none.  Their heart and sole are put into each class and their fitness goals.  They care about each other like a member of their own family.  This helps this facility to be set apart from your ordinary 'gym'.  It is a pleasure to be able to share my fitness accomplishments with them all.

The Gym is a great place to workout.  The staff is wonderful, and the members are friendly.  It is not the typical gym, the staff make a point to get to know you so that each member reaches his/her individual goal.  They also have great childcare on site, so I workout without worry.

The Gym LLC is my second home.  The staff show genuine interest in the fitness goals of all members.  The staff make the group fitness classes both fun and challenging.

The new equipment is well maintained and the facilities are always immaculate.
